One of my favorite songwriters.

We’ve played a lot of music together over the years. I was what you’d call an auxiliary hire-on in his old band Prison Book Club and he played bass in my band for a long time. His most recent records have been released on Rounder, which I think is cool because my two favorite Hazel & Alice albums came out on Rounder.
